1. Service Agreement

When you book a cleaning service with A Winner Cleaning, you are entering into a service agreement for the scope, timing, and pricing discussed at the time of booking. Any changes must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

2. Access to Property

You must ensure we have proper access to your home or business at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter the property, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may result in a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.

4. Liability

While we treat your property with care, A Winner Cleaning is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or items not secured properly (e.g., hanging mirrors, shelves). Please let us know of any fragile items beforehand.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept [cash, Venmo, Zelle, etc.].
