A custom cleaning is a service catered to the very specific needs that you have. If it's bathrooms only, then we do bathrooms only. If it's the whole house, we do the whole house.. Simple

What Do I Need to Do Before the Cleaning?

Not much — we try to make this as stress-free as possible. Here’s how to prep:

Before a Move-Out Cleaning:

• Remove all personal belongings from the home (furniture, clothes, boxes, etc.)
• Empty the fridge and freezer so we can clean inside
• Unplug appliances if you’d like them cleaned behind or underneath
• Secure pets or arrange for them to be out of the home during the cleaning
• Leave us access — either be home to let us in, or provide a code/key/lockbox

• Ensure utilities are on (especially water and electricity) so we can mop, vacuum, and sanitize
• Home should be mostly empty, or at least cleared enough for us to work around
• Let us know if there are any problem areas or items you want us to focus on
